About the role
Faststream is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to join an award-winning cruise line known for world-class dining and large-scale luxury operations. The role offers a competitive salary based on experience, a 6 months on / 2 months off rotation, excellent benefits, international working environment, and career development with a globally recognised cruise brand. The ideal candidate will have proven Sous Chef experience in a large-scale luxury operation, experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury resort, upscale restaurant, or cruise line, strong leadership and team management skills, and availability to join at short notice. Shipboard experience is preferred but not essential.
