Responsibilities include developing and reviewing process design basis, PFDs and P&IDs; performing process simulations; preparing heat and material balances; designing and sizing process equipment; generating engineering deliverables; ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements; supporting FEED, detailed engineering and EPC phases; coordinating with MEP, mechanical, instrumentation and construction teams; supporting procurement, commissioning and plant startup; and identifying process optimization, energy efficiency and cost reduction opportunities.
