About the role
Experienced Guest Relations Manager sought for an ultra-luxury cruise operator to join the onboard hospitality team. The role oversees reception operations, leads the team, handles guest enquiries and complaints, resolves guest concerns, coordinates embarkation and disembarkation, trains and develops staff, and maintains company service standards. Requirements include at least 2 years' experience in the position, international 5-star hotel experience preferred, cruise experience advantageous, valid seagoing documentation or willingness to obtain, and strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Additional languages preferred include German, French, Italian, Spanish, or Mandarin. Salary is $4500 USD per month onboard with a 17-week rotation and single cabin accommodation.
