Fleet Manager based in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea. This hands-on leadership role oversees vessel management, crewing and compliance for a diverse fleet supporting operations across Papua New Guinea. The role involves working closely with vessel teams and shore personnel to keep the fleet safe, reliable and operationally ready across landing craft, tugs, barges and survey vessels. A key responsibility is implementing, strengthening and monitoring Planned Maintenance Systems (PMS) across the fleet to improve maintenance planning, vessel reliability and technical record consistency. The position is on-site with no FIFO or rotational arrangement. Requirements include Chief Engineer experience with team leadership or managerial responsibility, strong knowledge of vessel management, crewing and marine compliance, and proven PMS implementation and monitoring experience across a fleet.
