Faststream Recruitment is partnering with an established international ship management company to recruit an Assistant Crewing/Crewing Superintendent for their team in Busan, South Korea. This permanent shore-based role supports the day-to-day management and coordination of seafarers across the fleet, working closely with the Crewing Superintendent and wider Maritime HR team. Responsibilities include coordinating crew changes, verifying seafarer qualifications and training requirements, supporting crew planning and career development, participating in recruitment and selection, handling signing-on and signing-off information, following up on vessel correspondence and crew documentation, supporting crew medical cases and incidents, coordinating travel expenses and other crew-related administrative matters, and maintaining accurate records. The role requires at least 2 years of experience either onboard vessels or ashore within a shipping or ship management environment, along with strong organisational skills, computer literacy, and professional proficiency in Korean and English.
