Faststream Recruitment is partnering with an established international ship management company to recruit an Assistant Crewing/Crewing Superintendent for their team in Busan, South Korea. The role supports the day-to-day management and coordination of seafarers across the fleet, working closely with the Crewing Superintendent and Maritime HR team. Responsibilities include coordinating crew changes, verifying qualifications and training, supporting crew planning and career development, participating in recruitment and selection, managing signing-on and signing-off information, following up on vessel correspondence and crew documentation, supporting crew medical cases and incidents, coordinating travel expenses and crew-related administrative matters, and maintaining accurate records. Requirements include at least 2 years of experience onboard vessels or ashore in a shipping or ship management environment, experience in crewing, marine HR or seafarer operations, strong organisational and coordination skills, good computer literacy, and fluent professional Korean and English. Korean nationals only.
