The role focuses on improving drilling efficiency, optimizing operational performance, and delivering measurable improvements across execution, workflow, and rig performance. Responsibilities include analysing drilling KPIs, developing and implementing performance improvement strategies, collaborating with drilling, subsurface, and operations teams, leading performance reviews and learning sessions, reducing non-productive time and invisible lost time, benchmarking performance, providing coaching to rig site and onshore teams, and preparing performance reports for stakeholders. Requirements include experience in drilling performance, drilling engineering, or well operations, strong knowledge of offshore drilling activities and rig systems, proven delivery of performance improvements, proficiency with performance tools and reporting software, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Offshore certification and valid medical where applicable.
