Lead Commissioning Engineer (E&I) - Offshore for a long-term project in the oil and gas industry in the UAE. The role requires Gulf experience, oil and gas experience, and mandatory ADNOC experience. Candidates should have a B Tech / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation Engineering and at least 10 years of oil & gas or petrochemical commissioning experience. Responsibilities include leading E&I commissioning activities, pre-commissioning, system handover, start-up support, coordination with EPC contractors, OEMs, operations, and QA/QC teams, ensuring compliance with international standards and HSE requirements, providing technical expertise across Electrical, Instrumentation, DCS/PLC, ESD, and F&G systems, and managing commissioning documentation, punch lists, and completion systems.
