About the role
Faststream Recruitment is seeking a Marine Technical Engineer for an established international marine organization in The Woodlands, Texas. The role provides technical support to customers and internal commercial and operational teams, including technical advice, customer visits, used oil analysis review, machinery lubrication recommendations, vessel technical visits, product changeovers, trials, and international collaboration. It is primarily a technical support and customer-facing position rather than a hands-on overhaul role. The ideal candidate may be a seagoing Marine Engineer, Marine Service Engineer, Field Service Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, or Marine Engineer with experience in 2-stroke and 4-stroke marine engines. The role requires the right to live and work in the US and the ability to travel to Europe.
