Faststream is working in partnership with a growing shipping business in Germany seeking an experienced HSEQ Superintendent for its shore-based team in Hamburg. The role involves supporting HSEQ activities across the fleet, monitoring compliance with international regulations and company procedures, assisting with audits, inspections, incident investigations and corrective actions, managing vetting activities, maintaining HSEQ documentation and reporting systems, and working closely with vessel and shore-based teams to improve safety, quality and environmental performance. The ideal candidate has previous shore-based HSEQ Superintendent or similar maritime experience, strong knowledge of HSEQ and vetting processes, experience with Product and/or Chemical Tankers, strong knowledge of maritime regulations and compliance, fluent German, and the right to live and work in Germany.
