This is an excellent opportunity to join a world-class shipboard team, leading HR operations and supporting a positive and professional working environment onboard. Key Responsibilities Manage shipboard HR processes and employee relations across all departments. Advise Department Heads on performance, disciplinary and HR matters. Manage conflict resolution, investigations and grievances. Ensure compliance with MLC regulations and company HR policies. Support crew training, development, engagement and career progression. Requirements Minimum 5 years’ experience as an HR Manager either on board or within a Luxury Hotel. Diploma/qualification in Human Resources Management. Previous shipboard experience preferred. Experience working within multicultural teams. Strong employee relations, leadership and communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English.
