Civil Construction Manager for greenfield and brownfield Oil & Gas EPC projects in the UAE. Responsibilities include end-to-end management of civil construction activities such as earthwork, mass concrete, pipe rack concrete, structural buildings, underground RCC trenches, manholes, roads, culverts, and associated infrastructure. The role requires 15 to 20 years of Oil & Gas civil construction experience, strong knowledge of UAE project standards and QAQC/HSE requirements, and the ability to manage machinery, materials, manpower, schedules, permits, productivity, and resource utilization. A degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Indian university is required.
