About the role
Work as a deckhand on harbor tugboats in a fixed rotation. The role includes securing and releasing tow and mooring lines, assisting with maneuvers, maintaining deck equipment, and preparing meals during the shift. Requirements include a Matroos II/4 deck rating, valid STCW certificates, a valid medical examination, and a seaman's record book. Experience on tugboats or workboats is a plus. Day rate: €220 - €300 gross per day depending on experience. Fixed rotation options may be 2:2 or 1:1. A permanent contract may be possible based on performance. Flexible deployment with various clients in the Netherlands. Small crew environment with focus on teamwork and safety.
