About the role
As Technisch Superintendent, you will be responsible for the technical management of a modern fleet. Working with the technical department, you will oversee technical operations and contribute to the reliability and continuity of the fleet. This is a technical and versatile role within a growing organization active in sand extraction, transport, and dredging. The position is based in Zeeland, The Netherlands, for 32-40 hours per week. Requirements include MBO+/HBO level of working and thinking, preferably in marine engineering or MAROF, strong technical insight, experience at sea or in technical ship management, and strong planning, organizing, budgeting, communication, and problem-solving skills. The company offers a responsible role with flexibility, process improvement opportunities, an informal team environment, and a salary of €4,000 - €5,500 per month.
