Experienced Technical Superintendent required to oversee the technical management of tankers. Responsibilities include managing technical performance in line with class, flag, and international regulations; supervising dry dockings, repairs, and maintenance; implementing planned maintenance systems; controlling technical budgets; conducting root cause analysis; liaising with shipboard teams, vendors, and classification societies; ensuring timely procurement of spares and equipment; and supporting QHSE and safety standards. Requirements: sailed to minimum 2nd engineer on tankers, at least 3 years' experience in a Technical Superintendent or similar role, strong knowledge of tanker operations, familiarity with PMS and dry dock management, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
