Permanent, full-time Vessel Operator role with a leading international shipowner based in London. The position involves day-to-day commercial and operational management of a fleet of dry bulk vessels, including voyage planning, charter party review, voyage instructions, bunker management, port arrangements, freight and hire administration, laytime and demurrage, vessel performance, and operational claims. The role works closely with Masters, agents, brokers, surveyors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience in vessel operations within commercial shipping, preferably with exposure to the dry bulk market, and strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, and Microsoft Office skills.
