The role covers a broad range of dry and wet shipping matters, as well as commodities and international trade disputes. Responsibilities include assisting with shipping, trade and commodities disputes, handling casualty response and investigations, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, supporting case preparation, and working closely with partners, clients and experts. The firm has a long-established presence in Singapore and advises international clients on dispute resolution, arbitration and litigation, casualty response and investigation, cross-border transactions and financing. Requirements include England & Wales qualification, 4-5 years' PQE, and experience in shipping and/or international trade disputes.
