About the role

Faststream is recruiting for an Operations Project Manager / Coordinator to join an established maritime business in Dubai. This operational role supports and coordinates the delivery of offshore workboat and construction vessel-based projects across the Middle East. The position involves acting as a link between vessels, clients, crew, technical teams and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with commercial and contractual expectations. Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day vessel and project operations, monitoring performance, schedules, costs and requirements, supporting budget control, maintaining accurate project information, working with crewing, technical, QHSSE and commercial teams, coordinating with ports and third parties, and attending vessels when required. Requirements include strong maritime operations or vessel management experience, experience with workboats or offshore construction vessels, client-facing and stakeholder management skills, commercial awareness, understanding of maritime contracts, knowledge of QHSSE and marine compliance, Middle East market experience, strong communication and organisational skills, and fluent English. Arabic would be advantageous.
