About the role
We are permanently recruiting Masters with multicat, workboat, or tugboat experience for projects in and outside Europe. The role involves work on a modern fleet of tugboats, workboats, multicats, and shoalbusters operating within and beyond Europe. Candidates should be comfortable working in small teams and have strong experience in anchor handling, towing, and dredging support operations. Required qualifications include valid STCW certificates, a medical check-up, and a current seafarer’s book. The position offers excellent working conditions, a fixed rotation schedule with possible ad hoc arrangements, and work close to home in the Netherlands, Germany, or Denmark.
