Lead Asset Management Engineer contract role based in the United Kingdom with a leading energy industry consultancy. The position focuses on maintenance, reliability, and asset management projects across multiple sectors. Responsibilities include technical assurance, risk-based maintenance strategies, reliability improvement programmes, operational readiness planning, commissioning and handover support, RAM/RCM/FMECA/FMEA/RCA assessments, CMMS governance, asset data quality improvement, and mentoring junior engineers. Requirements include a degree in a relevant engineering discipline, proven experience in maintenance engineering, reliability, and asset management, strong HSE and asset lifecycle knowledge, excellent stakeholder communication, and experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Experience in oil and gas, chemicals, power, hydrogen, CCUS, or renewables is desirable.
