Requirements include at least 3 years of casino dealer experience, completion of a Gaming Board/Commission-approved dealer school, strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills, quick mental arithmetic, leadership ability, and excellent customer service and communication skills. English fluency is required; additional languages are preferred. The role requires physical fitness for shipboard duties.
