A fast-growing maritime technology and services business is hiring a Head of Growth, Asia to drive commercial growth across the region. The role will define and execute the regional go-to-market strategy across key markets including Singapore, Japan, Korea, Greater China and India. Responsibilities include leading the regional commercial direction, identifying market opportunities, shaping growth strategies, owning the regional commercial plan and P&L, and working with global leadership on product development, pricing and market strategy. The role also involves leading a regional commercial team across Asia, coaching business development, establishing sales processes and performance metrics, and ensuring consistent execution. Maritime experience is beneficial, but the company is also open to leaders from service-led, technology-enabled businesses with regional growth experience.
