The role involves internal vetting audits, crew training, compliance oversight, review of safety and environmental procedures, analysis of SIRE/CDI reports, and support for fleet-wide vetting performance. It requires extensive international travel across Europe and the Western Atlantic, with work split between vessel assignments, company offices and remote working. Permanent position with fixed remuneration and travel-related expenses covered by the company. Previous sailing experience as Master, Chief Engineer, Chief Officer or 2nd Engineer is required, along with at least 12 months’ ethylene handling experience.
