The role involves leading onboard hotel operations, overseeing guest satisfaction, service delivery, financial performance, and team engagement across all hotel departments. Responsibilities include strategic leadership, managing a large multicultural team, budgeting and cost control, ensuring compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and collaborating with shipboard leadership to deliver a seamless guest experience. Requirements include previous experience as a Hotel Director within the luxury cruise industry, strong financial acumen, exceptional guest service and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, experience developing multicultural teams, fluent English, and valid seagoing documentation or willingness to obtain.
