Faststream is supporting an established Naval Architecture and marine design consultancy in Hampshire with the appointment of a Graduate / Junior Naval Architect. The role offers the opportunity to work on a range of vessels across the full vessel design and development process, from initial concept and design through to build, testing and sea trials. Responsibilities include supporting specialist vessel design, naval architecture calculations and technical analysis, contributing to concept and detailed design, producing and reviewing technical drawings and documentation, and supporting stability, resistance, propulsion and performance studies. The position involves close collaboration with Naval Architects, Engineers and other technical disciplines, with progression towards taking responsibility for individual projects.
