Director of Marine Sales – USA. A growing fire and life-safety organisation is expanding its marine business across commercial shipping, defence, offshore energy, shipyards, ports, passenger vessels, and the yacht and superyacht markets. The role will lead national growth, define and execute the sales strategy, build and lead a sales team, manage strategic and complex national accounts, strengthen customer relationships, and identify new markets and revenue opportunities. Candidates should have at least 10 years of progressive sales experience, including five or more years leading successful teams. Experience with government or defense contracting is advantageous. Houston, TX is preferred, with 40–60% travel including occasional international travel. Only US Nationals or Green card holders can be considered.
