About the role
An experienced Technical Advisor is sought for Marine Technical Services within Marine Global Services. The role provides specialist marine technical support across marine operations, vessel management, assurance, risk management, regulatory compliance, newbuild projects, drydocking, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities include technical guidance on LNG, oil, chemical tanker, offshore vessel, and DP operations; support for chartered assets; vessel assurance; marine risk assessments; sustainability initiatives; newbuild and vessel acquisition support; compliance with applicable Flag State, Classification Society, ISM, ISPS, SOLAS, and MARPOL requirements; audits; and mentoring colleagues. The position is based in Mumbai with a hybrid working arrangement after probation, subject to business needs.
