About the role
TGRC is partnering with a leading European construction and engineering business with a growing presence in the UK. The business is expanding its portfolio of utility-scale renewable energy projects and is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale solar PV project in Dundee. The role involves day-to-day management of the construction site, coordination of contractors, subcontractors and site teams, and close collaboration with project management, engineering and HSE functions. Responsibilities include site coordination, programme delivery, resource management, quality control, site inspections, subcontractor performance, documentation, reporting, and compliance with UK legislation and construction standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in utility-scale solar PV or large-scale renewable energy construction, strong site management and subcontractor coordination skills, knowledge of RAMS, permits, inspections and HSE requirements, and relevant construction or site management qualifications.
