Permanent position for an Electro-Technical Officer responsible for operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical, electronic, automation, and control systems onboard an LPG tanker. Duties include maintaining vessel electrical distribution systems, switchboards, generators, motors, transformers, automation equipment, engine room control and monitoring systems, troubleshooting electrical and electronic faults, and carrying out planned maintenance under the vessel's Planned Maintenance System. Requirements include an Electro-Technical Officer Certificate of Competency (STCW III/6), valid STCW certification, medical fitness certificate, tanker endorsements as required, and experience as ETO on LPG, LNG, or other gas carriers preferred. Strong knowledge of marine electrical systems, PLCs, automation, instrumentation, and hazardous area equipment is required.
