Corporate Food & Beverage Manager – River Cruise. Europe-based remote working role with up to 50% travel across a European river cruise fleet. This is a hands-on corporate position supporting and developing food and beverage operations across multiple vessels, working closely with onboard and shoreside teams to drive consistency, service standards, guest experience, operational excellence, training, and continuous improvement. The role involves travel between vessels, operational reviews, coaching, menu development, product standards, purchasing, and cost control. Candidates should have extensive food and beverage leadership experience, ideally within river cruise operations or across multiple locations, with a strong operational and commercial mindset and an energetic, proactive leadership style.
