Experienced Junior Sous Chefs and Sous Chefs are required to join an international cruise operation. Position details: Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef on a cruise ship. Contract rotation is 6 months on / 2 months off. Salary ranges are USD 2,400–2,900 per month for Junior Sous Chef and USD 2,500–3,395 per month for Sous Chef. Requirements include previous experience in the relevant role, a strong luxury 5-star hotel or cruise background, preferred shipboard experience, and the ability to work in a busy international team.
