Senior Instrumentation Engineer for an oil and gas project in Qatar. The role supports Instrumentation and Fire & Gas engineering activities during EPC and startup through handover to operations, including design reviews, commissioning, startup, failure analysis, troubleshooting, and development of surveillance programs for critical Instrument and F&G systems. Requirements include at least 6 years of oil and gas experience, knowledge of DCS, PLCs, ESD/F&G systems, anti-surge control systems, metering systems, turbine/compressor control systems, SIL requirements, and computer skills in Microsoft Office, SAP, CONVAL, and InstruCal. Contract duration is an initial 2-year term with possible extension. Rotation is 12 weeks on and 2 weeks off.
