Junior Hotel Operations Manager – River Sector. Shore-based permanent role based in Hamburg, Germany, supporting hotel operations across a multi-vessel river fleet. Responsibilities include developing and delivering hotel operations, improving SOPs, supporting budgets and cost control, monitoring operational performance, maintaining service and brand standards, ensuring compliance with hygiene, sanitation, safety and environmental regulations, and providing support during urgent or complex vessel matters. The role requires on-board river experience, at least 5 years' F&B management experience, strong commercial and budget management skills, excellent English, and confident stakeholder communication. Preferred experience includes hotel operations management and shore-side experience within the river or wider maritime sector. Salary starts from €50,000 gross per annum plus annual bonus and relocation support. EU right to live and work is required.
