About the role
Senior Barge Supervisor role on the Paul B Loyd Junior, a semi-submersible drilling rig operating in the UK North Sea. The position involves supervision of marine operations, ballast control, deck and lifting operations, vessel and helicopter coordination, rig moves, stability management, and emergency preparedness. Rotation is 21 days on and 21 days off. Required qualifications and experience include Master Mariner Unlimited (II/2) STCW, ECDIS, GMDSS, STCW Ship Security Officer, OEUK Medical, Seafarer Medical, HUET, EBS, CA-EBS, MIST, and at least 3 years of relevant experience on an operational moored semi-submersible drilling vessel. Preferred training includes Offshore Stability & Ballast Control and Ballast Control Simulator Course.
