Work Pack Engineer for an EPC Oil & Gas project with China Petroleum Engineering & Construction Corporation (CPECC). Long-term project based in UAE/Iraq. The role requires proven EPC Oil & Gas project experience, a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or a related engineering discipline, and 10–15 years of relevant experience. Responsibilities include preparing, coordinating, and managing Construction Work Packs, with strong knowledge of construction sequencing, IFC drawings, engineering documentation, material control, QA/QC requirements, and turnover documentation. Experience with Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, and Commissioning Support is highly preferred, along with proficiency in MS Office and document management systems such as Aconex or EDMS.
