Senior leadership role in an offshore marine organisation overseeing fleet management, maintenance, reliability, safety, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include fleet strategy, vessel performance, asset integrity, dry dockings, compliance, cost efficiency, fleet expansion, technical projects, and leadership of Technical and Fleet Management functions. The role involves managing OPEX and CAPEX, monitoring KPIs, and advising executive management on technical strategy, fleet investments, and operational improvements. Proven senior leadership experience with offshore support vessels or commercial fleets is required, along with a strong background in fleet operations, technical management, dry docking, vessel maintenance, asset lifecycle management, and commercial and financial understanding. Seagoing experience as a Master Mariner or Chief Engineer is highly regarded.
