Responsibilities include supervising in-house crews and contractors involved in the operation and maintenance of a natural gas distribution system; scheduling distribution crews; assigning work and equipment; ensuring material readiness; monitoring gas records for compliance; coordinating safety training, inspections, and accident investigations; supporting regulatory interactions; maintaining records and reports; resolving contractor and customer issues; assisting with remediation; participating in on-call rotation; serving as on-site supervisor during outages and emergencies; conducting investigations and employee evaluations; and supporting emergency response and system restoration. Required qualifications include a valid driver’s license, ability to obtain and maintain natural gas operator qualifications, and relevant supervisory and gas distribution experience.
