About the role
Seeking a Head of Operations based in Germany for an international developer and operator of LNG/FSRU terminal projects. The role will provide strategic oversight of the day-to-day operations of multiple LNG FSRU terminals, lead operations and engineering functions, oversee maintenance, asset integrity and engineering performance, review CAPEX and OPEX, coordinate with commercial and HSE functions, and support external stakeholder liaison. The position requires a strong LNG or gas background, expert knowledge of regasification systems and cryogenic gas processes, and proven engineering leadership experience. Experience in terminal management and FSRU projects is preferred. The role involves significant travel between headquarters and the terminals.
