Faststream is partnering with a marine transport operator to recruit a Chief Engineer for the delivery team of a new-build passenger ferry. The vessel has completed sea trials and is in final fit-out. The role is permanent and based at sea, with a start date in September. It offers a typical 4 weeks on / 4 weeks off rotation, onboard accommodation in an own cabin, food provided, and a salary of £70,000 plus pension. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK. Requirements include Chief Engineer Limited Motor or 2nd Engineer Unlimited CoC, with previous new-build experience advantageous.
