Faststream Recruitment is partnering with a leading vessel operator to recruit a Technical Superintendent - Dry Dock to join its Engineering Leadership Team in London. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of vessel dry dockings, refits and major repair periods, including developing docking specifications, managing contractors, shipyards and service providers, coordinating class surveys and statutory inspections, reviewing technical findings and scope changes, and signing off completed works. The position supports fleet modifications, upgrades and engineering improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with ISM, MCA, Classification Society and other applicable regulatory requirements. Candidates should have experience in vessel maintenance, dry docking, refits or shipyard project delivery, along with strong project management, quality assurance and technical sign-off capability.
