Suitable backgrounds include Technical Superintendent, Senior Technical Superintendent, Hull Integrity Superintendent, Ship Manager, Classification Society Surveyor, Naval Architect, or Marine Structural Engineer. The role requires experience in ship structural management, hull integrity, marine coatings, structural surveys, UTM campaigns, steel renewal, dry dock projects, classification societies and maritime regulatory frameworks, plus knowledge of AMOS or equivalent systems and experience in the cruise, passenger or commercial shipping sector.
