Faststream is partnering with a well-established marine organisation in Papua New Guinea to appoint a Crewing Manager to lead crew operations across its fleet. The role oversees the full crewing function, including manning levels, certification compliance, crew travel and joining arrangements, timesheets, and payroll scheduling. Responsibilities include managing crew training programmes, maintaining seagoing staff records and medical fitness, approving crew relief, leave, and promotions, administering crew terms and conditions, liaising with maritime authorities on certification and compliance, handling crew audit compliance, producing monthly administration reports, and improving onboarding processes. The position requires a tertiary qualification in shipping management, business studies, or a marine-related field, at least 5 years of crew administration or management experience, experience working with maritime authorities and government bodies, strong English communication skills, MS Office proficiency, and a valid driver's licence.
