About the role
Faststream Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Concierge Manager to join a prestigious ultra-luxury cruise operator. This role involves leading the onboard Concierge team and ensuring the highest standards of guest satisfaction throughout the cruise experience. Responsibilities include coordinating exclusive experiences, managing daily guest requirements, overseeing departmental operations, handling complex guest requests, managing budgets and service standards, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have proven experience in senior Concierge, Guest Services or Destination Services/Shore Excursion roles within luxury hospitality, with luxury cruise management experience highly desirable. Strong leadership, organisational, problem-solving and communication skills are required, along with fluency in English and valid seagoing documentation. Rotation is 10 weeks onboard and 10 weeks off, with an industry-leading salary package and worldwide travel opportunities.
