STS Oman LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Planning Engineer for EPC projects in the oil and gas, petrochemical, and heavy industrial sectors. The role involves planning and project controls, schedule development and maintenance in Primavera P6, baseline and recovery planning, progress measurement, forecasting, delay analysis, EOT support, budgeting, cost control, procurement monitoring, client-facing schedule reviews, and team supervision. Requirements include a bachelor's degree in engineering, at least 10 years of relevant experience, 3+ years in a lead or senior planning role, expert Primavera P6 skills, strong budgeting and earned value knowledge, advanced Excel skills, and experience with client reporting. Experience with major operators and prior work in Oman are preferred.
