Fleet Manager – Cruise. Shore-based senior technical leadership role with a leading maritime organisation in Central Europe. Responsible for supporting fleet technical performance and leading Technical Superintendents. Duties include providing guidance on technical and operational issues, acting as a point of contact for clients and senior management, supporting troubleshooting and reporting, overseeing vessel performance, maintenance, compliance and technical standards, and supporting dry dockings, refits, repairs and technical projects. Requires strong shore-based experience in cruise or passenger vessels, experience in fleet management or technical superintendent roles, strong technical knowledge, team leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills. Chief Engineer background is highly relevant. Must have legal right to work in the EU.
