Seeking an experienced Electrical Technician for offshore operations aboard an FPSO vessel operating in the Gulf of Mexico. The role involves inspection, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems and equipment supporting safe and reliable facility operations. Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, switchboards, generators, UPS systems, wiring, and portable tools; fault diagnosis; equipment monitoring; support for power generation and distribution systems; compliance with PTW and isolation procedures; resource planning; emergency response participation; environmental compliance monitoring; and accurate documentation in maintenance management systems. Requirements include ONC/HNC, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent in Electrical Maintenance Engineering, preferred COMP Ex certification, HV/LV Protection and HV/LV Switching training as an advantage, and an offshore medical fitness certificate. Minimum 5 years of electrical maintenance engineering experience is required, with at least 2 years in offshore, oil and gas, petrochemical, or similar industrial environments preferred.
