This role involves overseeing the onboard hotel operation, leading the Hotel Department, and delivering exceptional guest experiences and luxury hospitality standards. Responsibilities include managing hotel departments, developing the hotel management team, driving guest satisfaction, controlling budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with policies and safety standards, and working with senior shipboard leadership. Requirements include prior experience as a Hotel Director on a luxury cruise ship or in an ultra-luxury hotel, strong luxury hospitality knowledge, large-scale hotel operations experience, financial and operational management skills, leadership of multicultural teams, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and fluent English with valid seagoing documentation or willingness to obtain.
