Technical Superintendent - PCTC based in Hong Kong. Shore-based role responsible for technical support, vessel performance, maintenance planning, budgets, repairs, compliance, and operational readiness for a fleet of PCTC/car carrier vessels. Work closely with Masters, Chief Engineers, marine and crewing teams, owners, Class, shipyards, and service providers to maintain technical standards across the fleet. Support senior sea staff, monitor vessel performance, and ensure planned maintenance, technical reporting, and vessel reliability are maintained. Requirements include Chief Engineer experience on PCTC/car carrier vessels, shore-based Technical Superintendent experience, and strong knowledge of ISM, ISPS, Class, Flag, statutory requirements, planned maintenance, repairs, and technical budget control. Experience with dual-fuel vessels would be advantageous.
