About the role
Faststream Recruitment is seeking an experienced Executive Chef for an ultra-luxury ocean-going cruise line. The role is responsible for the overall culinary operation across all galley outlets onboard, with duties including leading a multinational galley team, ensuring high-end cuisine standards, maintaining USPH and HACCP compliance, collaborating with onboard departments, and overseeing ordering, inventory control, and cost management. Requirements include extensive Executive Chef experience on a premium or luxury cruise line or shore-based establishment, experience managing large teams in a high-volume fine-dining environment, and strong knowledge of USPH and food safety standards. The contract offers a 4 months on / 2 months off rotation and a salary of $11000 per month worked onboard.
