About the role
We are seeking an experienced Offshore Scaffolder to support construction, maintenance, and turnaround projects on offshore oil and gas facilities in the United States. The role involves the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems while complying with offshore safety regulations and company standards. Responsibilities include interpreting scaffolding drawings and technical specifications, conducting pre-use inspections, handling scaffolding materials and equipment, participating in JSA, toolbox talks, and safety meetings, and working with multidisciplinary teams. Requirements include scaffolding certification (CISRS, OPITO, or equivalent), at least 3 years of offshore scaffolding experience, a valid seaman’s book, offshore safety certifications such as BOSIET/T-BOSIET, RIGPASS or CBSP, Work at Heights certification, Confined Space certification preferred, OGUK medical fitness certificate, valid passport, CISRS Scaffolder Card or equivalent preferred, and a US visa.
